All information always at hand
Thanks to its advanced search system, GoGoAgenda Med allows your Attendees to find in no time sessions, speeches or Speakers, venues and points of interest with direct access to details. They will therefore always have complete event information including CME credits, bus schedules, useful contacts, languages and fees, along with links and external resources and attached files.

Personal agenda
With GoGoAgenda Med, your Attendees will always be able to browse an up-tp-date program of your event. Sessions can be viewed in their full format (with full list of speeches) or clustered (title only), according to the Farmaindustria regulations on Sponsorships. From the program, the session code can be retrieved, as can the time and venue (with floor plan). Attendees can use different tags to build their personal path within the program or to associate sessions to different (colored) paths. Sessions can also be saved to create a personal agenda on the App and to access all details without browsing the entire program every time.

Faculty list
GoGoAgenda Med has a specific Faculty Area where the profiles of all Speakers and Moderators can be viewed. Besides the name and surname, the company name and data, the state and city, a bio, a picture and (optionally) personal and contacts can be published. The profile can be used to confidentially contact the desired person. Speakers can also decide to provide attached documents to Attendees via their personal page.

Abstract book
With the abstract module, GoGoAgenda Med allows you to provide your Audience with all the abstracts of the event, either by inserting them into the abstract page (alongside the title and code) or by attaching a PDF file. Abstracts can be found via the search engine provided within the module. The abstract book can also be distributed in its digital version, with great monetary savings for you and improved usability for your Attendees.

Digital Minutes
With GoGoAgenda Med the minutes of your event can be distributed digitally, while the webcast can further enhance the experience of your Attendees. This allows you to mantain a positive relationship with them after the event. Webcasts can be transformed into online courses already optimized for mobile technology.

Attendees list
With the same features of the Faculty list, GoGoAgenda Med allows all Attendees to create a profile with personal and social contacts, if wanted. Emails and passwords can be used to both log in to the reserved area of the App (if present) and access the personal area where Attendees can integrate or modify their data and pictures.

Maps and locations lists
Points of interest, hotels, restaurants and all other meaningful locations can be listed in this module, along with contacts. Geolocation and navigation will help Attendees to reach the desired location. With the map module, it will be also possible to have an overview of all points of interest.

Room schedule is always updated and at hand
Room schedules keep Attendees always updated on the event by showing current topics and Speakers, updated in real time. All maps of the venue, the rooms or other meaningful areas can also be shown and linked to program sessions.

Polling system
Attendees will be able to express their opinions on sessions and Speakers directly from their smartphones, with no need for voting devices. Through the online CMS, questions and answers will be easily and quickly inserted, and all Attendees will have buttons for each option. Polls can be opened and closed directly during sessions to allow the system to gather and elaborate results right away and to automatically produce a graph with which to illustrate the percentage of voters and the options chosen.

Messages and social
Each Attendee will be able to send messages with comments and questions at any time during speeches and sessions. Messages can therefore make sessions more interactive. Integrated Twitter makes it also possibile to visualize Tweets related to the event directly within the App, clustered by hashtag.
